Has anyone done this on a non-M? What were the results? Do you need an alignment if the caster angle changes?

I'll let others speak to the results, but yes, plenty of folks have -- esp e46 folks. I don't think you need an alignment for a just caster change.

BTW, I'm local to you in Decatur so I can knock off shipping costs.
