FS: Z4M Non-functional Sat Nav Screen Central Info Display (CID)
I have for sale Central Information Display coming off my 2006 BMW Z4M. It is non-functional. The culprit is a "burntout resistor" (see forthcoming pic easier to see than to describe) Monitor, all buttons and motor to up/down the screen was functioning perfectly until the burntout resistor on the circuit board. If anyone interested in it for parts or wants to repair it themselves, this is the perfect item to purchase. Asking $225 Shipped. Pics to come. |

Pics attached.
It is a little dusty and has some scratches to the surface due to rubber being very soft. Screen is in perfect shape, no scratches. The underside has 4 clips, one of which slightly loose (but does not in anyway affect structural integrity i.e. cid unit is screwed on and snapped on solidly tight). The plug's pins are all there, nothing bent. Monitor moves up and down mechanically. All buttons were working just before short circuit. |
