How many of these are still floating around?
I bought these headers many years ago. Standard euro headers I think, yes? How can you tell standard vs CSL? So long ago I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember for sure, but I'm nearly 100% they are not CSL.
What was the euro spec exhaust layout? Would it have been these headers, catted section 1, x-pipe with resonator and stock mufflers? We're the stock euro Z4s louder by default then, not having the cats in the headers? Regarding section 1, and I admit ignorance here, would it be possible to run small resonators upstream of the cats? I know space is tight, not sure what that would do to cat functioning.

A bit of forum digging for ya, others can correct if I am wrong....
- Euro M3s before 03/2005 use Catless Headers. PNs 11627830658 and 11627830659 - Euro M3s after 03/2005 use CSL catless headers. - Euro Z4Ms always used CSL headers. PN 11627833500 and 11627833501 - USA Z4Ms PN 18407836640 and 18407836641 |
