I custom ordered this car in 2007. Carfax may technically show two owners because I initially purchased through my company and later transferred to myself privately. However, I’m the only person who has ever owned and driven it. I still have the window sticker if requested.

Approximately 43,000 miles. Imola red interior / Silver Grey exterior. I have all service records. Always garage-kept. Never driven in bad weather. Covered and hooked to a tender in the winter.

Apex wheels and Michelin Pilot Sports have fewer than 5,000 miles on them. Also comes with the original wheels.

I replaced the ABS pump and steering angle sensor on 10/6/23 at EAG in Cincy. I have all service records from 2007.

Mods are mild. Includes a European exhaust setup with actual euro headers, European mid section (got from a breaker in Germany) and Eisenmann Sport cans. I rerouted the sensors and have an ESS software flash. Here is the link to my install post:

It’s VIN is listed in the pictures. It was involved in 1 accident approximately 11-12 years ago. I was rear ended, but the damage was light and only cosmetic. The airbags did not deploy. Only the rear fascia was damaged. It happened in Tennessee and I drove it home with no issues.

Great example and very few remain with their original owners, let alone so well kept and improved upon with OEM components. What kind of maintenance has been done recently? Rubber components, belts, any engine work (vanos etc.)?

I have stored this beauty for another winter. Spring has sprung where I live. This is a rare chance to buy a 1 owner car!

I have tested the waters a few times on my car. I listed on BAT, and it didn’t meet my reserve. It’s a 1 owner car so I think it holds better value than most. I’ve had it from day 1 so I can answer all history questions.

well, reading over the euro header install the owner did back in 2013, this car is definitely not smog legal in CA ;(

Depends on your SMOG station. BMW parts and part numbers visible, with O2 sensors routed in a factory manner to the European CAT setup - i.e. it will pass the computer and/or tail pipe test.

Visual... depends on how familiar the inspector is with this era of BMWs and how much of a stickler they feel like that day.
