I recently installed a pair and it improved the shifting greatly - much tighter walking through the gears and it eliminated most of the 1-2 and 3-2 resistance. I also have the Rogue Engineering Transmission mounts so the improvements I observe may be because of a combination of the two. The Trans Mounts on it's own didn't improve the shifting much.
