Real life photo request. Bi-LED vs Adaptive Full LED

Still on the fence about executive package. Can someone please post photo of Bi-LED (standard) lights? I have Adaptive (non-icon) LED on my 2016 M3.

This is what convinced me to not get the executive package on my Atlantis order. The icon lights are cool but they look somewhat like reflector lights, I prefer the projector light look.

"superior" over...LED?
Both options are LED lights on 2018 F80

Interesting.
Under the "STANDARD FEATURES" on bmwusa.com, the headlights are listed as LED Lights.
Adaptive ICON are an option with Exec Package

I come from the 2015 F30 with Xenons and have ICONs on my F80 now.
Yes, the difference is huge and would not go back to Xenons.
However, the Exec package is not worth what they are asking for it. The cool DRL are just that - great looking. Other junk in Exec package - fluff in my opinion

Most of the responses you'll get are people are who on their high horse because they have the ICONS and people who are salty they only have the "civic" LEDS MY2016 and down. I have the lighting package on my 2016. The technology is obvs better in the icons. Now I woulda got Exec period so I woulda been stuck with ICONs regardless if I purchased later. I like the standard LED because it is more "ICONIC" of BMW heritage with the angel eyes. Every car manufacturer has the "brow" headlight and honestly the icons look a little too much like everything else. Now if I was purchasing my car now there would be no discussion I would get the ICONs because I would need exec package. OSS looks way better and highly customizable albeit aftermarket. Nevertheless, most people like myself choose these options for aesthetics and not lighting technology (because honestly most cars blind my young eyes at night anyway ) So its really a personal decision. How dated do you want your car to look? The technology IMO is going to be relevant enough for the time of ownership

Genious told me on Wednesday my car was scheduled to start production on the 8th.

Well, learned 15 minutes ago that my car is in production. Status 150.

I am kinda relieved. I'm cool without gadgetry. Thanks for all your inputs.

$4,100. You also get extended leather for free, so technically it's $3,050. Here you go.

BMW is really savvy with this package...I'm the guy who wishes I could get the heated steering wheel and PDC as stand-along options. In ye' olden times, those two options would have been about $1100 combined--and I'd have $3000 more in my pocket. Oh the stress of the preorder decisions...

Its a personal thing. I think icons looks great. They main issue with the previous LED's for me was the reflective housing inside. It bothered me in pictures unless the car is Black or White.

If it's worth it is going to be subjective. Aftermarket lighting solutions most popular choice is making the housing black for a reason. Now it's not much of an issue.

Why?
They are not adaptive, I did not see the automatic high beam in action yet.
They look cool, but the last thing I would require on an M-car

Oh they are adaptive (swing right and left with steering input) and automatic high beam works by activating it (button on left turn signal, under BC).
