M3 Question 2011 Limited Edition??

Question:

Looking at purchasing another M3, it has a sticker on the window 02/245 BMW NA.

It is a stripped down sedan has the fancy steering wheel suede and the shift light (not sure if it is factory or not)

Car is a comp package manual transmission car. Stripped down.

Here is the VIN: WBSPM9C59BE203417

It has the stickers on both rear doors windows. Looks almost like its a numbered car? I'm aware of the frozen editions and the CRTs, anything else?

No, no other special edition cars. Not sure what the stickers are...post pics?

The car is stripped like you said, - Alpine White over cloth with only the Competition Package, nothing else. Some people really like this type of configuration.

Added some pictures. Maybe it was a car owned by BMWNA? I have never seen any like that, quite intriguing.

Guilty as charged! It's an enthusiast build. That dash without the nav screen is a thing of beauty.

Well they only made 335 ZCP E90 cars in a manual, so doubtful unless it's 245 total ZCP in AW, but that is the second most common color, so I find that hard to believe also. My Jet Black didn't have a number on it. I'm confused

Looks like a cheap sticker made by the seller to try and impress potential buyers...

More interesting story. I was on the fence decided to sell it to a local MPost member then I found out that the dealer that sold it to me never had a title. A BMW DEALER AT THAT, original owner never paid the taxes on it and there was a tax lien. Must have slipped through the cracks. Long story short, dealer had to buy the car back off of me since they couldn't produce a title.

Just browsing last night to see what was out there and found this. I may have an addiction.

I have the coupe version of this car---except I have the std steering wheel and CF roof. There's no unique sticker on my car. Although, I would think it's also fairly rare, given the combo of ZCP and manual transmission alone.

It is possible that every car imported to the USA had those stickers when they came off of the boat...and somehow these never got removed!

That's simply the aftermarket BMW performance steering wheel.

The sticker is from CDK, a company that makes used car lot management software. http://www.cdkglobal.com/solutions/lot-management

That's what I thought about the steering wheel, thanks for the sticker clarity.

What does it say for the previous owner(s)?

that's immediately what I thought lol, one of those ZCP E90 sedans trashed at the South Carolina BMW performance center tracks, then bought by a private party who threw some nice parts in, and selling it now.

and yes, that's a f10 M5 shift knob with boot (e90 stock leather boot has 3 stitches, whereas the f10 m5 ones have 2 stitches like the picture above)
