FS: Genuine BMW N52 Gasket Set (Valvetronic & Eccentric Shaft Sensor) - New
Rough idle, low on power, oil in the plugs...? All common symptoms of possible oil leaks on the N52 motor. I have an extra set of gasket/seals for the Valvetronic motor (p/n 11127552280) and Eccentric Shaft Sensor (p/n 11127559699). If you think your N52 motor is leaking oil, try swapping these out FIRST before you tackle a lengthy PITA valve cover gasket job. Both can be swapped quite easily and may be the source of your leaks. Valvetronic gasket DIY here. The Eccentric Shaft sensor seal can just be pried out from the top. Both gaskets are Genuine BMW pieces and they retail for $30 before shipping. I'll let these go for $20 shipped (Paypal as 'gift' else add 3%) anywhere to 48 states. Check my iTrader feedback, PM if interested. Last edited by 3002 tii; 01-22-2016 at 08:29 PM.. |
