LOL. Wake me when we get to 250, but if they build it, I'll buy it.

Are these SA shocks? I'm confused.
What is the huge benefit of these versus TCK DAs? TCK you can run linear springs, DA shocks and a lower pricetag. Not to mention no need for 250 units. Just wondering, not trying to troll. |

At least that's the only reason I'm interested

The build quality of Ohlins is extremely high (look up pictures and reviews). They are salt spray tested and fully rebuildable. Unlike most other manufacturers they actually gather data from a 7 post shaker in order to design the kit optimally for the car. You also get the DFV system that allows the suspension to absorb bumps and react quickly. So you get great track performance and a comfortable ride, best of both worlds. Look up reviews for either ohlins road and track or DFV, they get nothing but praise.

Not to be too much of a downer but you really think you will grow this list from 12 to 250? What percentage of all M's would need to buy?

i love and mean love my clubsports but they are definitely not geared towards road use imo...... if the ohlins offer Clubsport track performance and better on road manners... id really consider swapping out... so put me down!! plus id love to see some more Coilover options!!!

It looks like they're developing a kit for e46. If that's the case it would be very little work to adapt the rears (fronts are more like e36). We might not even need to get to 250 to show enough interest.
Yes it's a very long shot, but better to keep positive. If it never happens we just wasted a few electrons on the internet, no biggie. 1. beta 2. The HACK 3. og_m3 4. aestheticstorm 5. Krypptic 6. Finnegan 7. Johanness 8. mtrhed 9. cervasa 10. Barryb97 11. marinb 12. ga41 13. beedub
