Question about spacers

Hey, I have an 2007 Z4 ///M coupe, with stock wheels and I just got H&R spring. Can anyone please tell me what's the thickest size spacer I can get without it rubbing. Thanks!

Put the springs on, take a ruler and measure.

^ while harsh, it's accurate.

* wait for someone here to post pics and attempt to see every angle of the wheels in the wells, hopefully giving you enough information to buy spacers before your susp job, and risk being disappointed when you get the car back... (obviously i'm not saying that pics from other zposters aren't helpful, i'm just saying don't use pics as a crib sheet to your own personal taste. your own research will yield results that you like.)

or

* suspension on, basic alignment, measure the gap, correct size spacers on, final alignment, and enjoy.

without the first alignment step, you risk getting spacers that are too large, and truthfully you'll find you won't need much... say 5 - 15 mm front and back. or you could leave the larger neg camber in place after the drop and get larger spacers for the rear. 15mm in front is probably it though, and even that may still rub.

or

* find a user here with the susp you're using. find out what their wheel specs are. subtract the oem wheel specs. the resulting difference is the size of spacer you'll need to get the look that they have.

imho though... skip the spacers, especially if you're racing. save the $$$ for proper offset lightweight wheels.

Could try the RE fit kit if you're unsure

depends a lot on your setup with camber.
In my sig pic below I'm using Turner 12.5mm which is somewhat conservative & should work fine with any setup.
My front camber was -2.7 in that pic so the fronts are in a bit.
