Z4 crash...

another story just a few days after seeing batman on highway..

my friend in NOVA area in VA just totaled his car when he was pulling out of the auto car wash... his wheels were too slippery so he lost control and slammed into a wall. dang... that sucks..

Yeah, it sounds like he pulled out of the wash to the main road, saw a gap in traffic and stomped on it. This created forward motion to the car with all four points of contact (tires) having reduced traction.

Car meet wall, wall meet car. Driver, meet shame. He'll be sitting passenger in your non existent Z4 for a while.

If the tires were that slippery, I would have thought that he wouldn't have even been able to pull out of the lot if he was really getting on it.

Did he have DSC off or something? Just having a hard time envisioning how this happened without some degree of indiscretion.
