Anyone have a DIY for intravee into Z4MC?

Every DIY I've found is for a roadster. The old thread on bimmerforums had it's pics taken down.

the hardest part is removing the carpet on the bulkhead...the install of the intravee is real simple

The actual install is very well documented...its the carpet removal that I'm stuck on.

I hear you, this is what intimidated me the most as well...i actually had to remove most of the trim and carpeting in the truck as I had to replace the antenna base located in the rear driver fender well. Honestly it wasn't that bad.

I used OEM factory pics of the removal of the panels along with a video on a dice unit install on a M roadster on youtube.

I will see if I can link you to this info.

Carpet was a bit of a pain when I installed Dans for him (dubbedown)

I think the roadster is easier

The threads I found were for installs in Coupes, so I did my own for the Roadster. But really, its six of one......... Basically get the carpet/trim out and away in the Boot. From there the coupe and roadster are very similar in the mounting of the amp and the pass through hole, etc

Roadster install link: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=497843

Coupe install link: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewto...nstall#p337550

Its a plug and play awesome mod - GL
