2022 BMW M850i for under MSRP

Hey everyone,

I have a 2022 M850i gran coupe that's mineral white with flona red/black extended leather interior that is $5700 below msrp of $115k. The car is a purchased demo with a tad over 6k miles on it but it is still qualifies for BMW's lease program. If anyone is interested feel free to shoot me a pm. In a market where most of these cars are going over msrp, it's nice to be able to do something for under msrp for once

Well if you are looking for a lease special this would be it. Different story if you are buying the car. I'm new to the space here and was just trying to share the special for anyone interested, i'm not here to advertise as a dealer I just thought it would help someone looking for a discounted lease on an m850 lol.

I will defend this is indeed a good deal in the current market. There is more demand than inventory. My new car key box has only 6 cars in it, 6mo ago had 90-110, 2yr ago 180+
In late 2019 and early 2020 I could look for a car at Port like this by the dozens extras from BMW ready to claim. today forget about it.
