Let us know how it goes. Could tell the seller was not ecstatic over the result, however the questionable cosmetic modifications (but great functional choices!) brought the price into a too good to pass up range. BaT ought to force honoring that contract.

That being said, asking for additional information and a PPI post auction is a no-no. Get that done pre-bidding or post acquisition for your own information.

I'm not sure how BaT could hold anyone's feet to the fire, but assuming that the legal terms of the auction bind buyer and seller to complete the transaction, a judge most certainly could force compliance. But might be more hassle than it's worth? I dunno.
