Probably not, but to be safe on how much additional load you're adding, I would couple the mod with an LED replacement.
The power reduction from switching to LEDs will cover the power for the camera and you'll still come out ahead. No bulb-out sensing on the reverse lights.

I tapped the reverse light for my backup camera and it works fine. Although, different cameras may have different power requirements. Which are you going to install?

Relay
I tapped my reverse light power for my backup camera but put a relay in box with the battery. Everything was close and easy. I have been using it for 2 years with no problem.
