Indeed. EAG would price this > $35K for sure.
Interesting trim choice, but that is easy enough to change.

I was just on my way here to post up about the BaT auction. This appears to be a clean example, but what's up with those floormats? Maybe a Wisconsin thing. Already at $22.5K so the stage has been set.

interior trim isn't my flavor by any stretch of the imagination, but GLWS as it's a nice low mileage example that doesn't look track day flogged and over-modded.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the Mac Tac look either. That particular wood grain doesn't come across well. It reminds me too much of the plastic wood kits for new cars, and they all end up looking like a poorly done Chris Craft.

Those are the BMW all weather mats for the Z4. I am in GA and use all weather mats at all times. Saves the carpets.

This looks like a really nice, clean example. I'm sure it will fetch mid, if not upper 30s. Most of the action on BAT happens in the last hour of bidding. The wood trim can always be replaced by the brushed aluminum (which I have in mine) or carbon leather.
That said, I do agree with others that our cars will appreciate in value similar to the Z3M in 5-8 years. If this car sells for under $30k, that would be a real shame. |

@chickdr, you're right, on taking a second look I see that they are custom fit. I can't say they are pleasing to the eye though.

I'm on Bring-A-Trailer's email list. I like to follow BAT's auctions as part of my daily entertainment. My only concern for the seller is that he's not receiving that many questions and there were too many comments on whether one likes Bangle BMW's. Usually there's more talk vetting the merits of the car and its condition.
The bidding does ramp up in the waning hours of the auction. The high bidder just asked the seller a question...I'd take that as a good sign (in my opinion). Haven't been able to determine which auctions have reserves, but I'd bet this auction has one. |

I think the seller is a she, otherwise I agree that there hasn't been much in the way of useful posts. Besides mine of course!

I predicted $32k, and that if it stays below $30k, EAG will snag it. I wonder what the reserve is?
