Intravee II + Alpine KCA-420i unit
Hey guys. Selling my Intravee II and the Alpine unit needed to for direct ipod hookup. This is the only way to go for ipod integration for the Z4. DICE unit is inferior to this and nothing is as seamless as the Intravee. I brought this over from the UK originally when they had no retailers of it. I will ship it in North America at buyers expense. From the Intravee site: "Key Features Perfect integration with the car's controls, including steering wheel controls where fitted. Displays CD/MP3 text (ID3 tags, file/folder names, CD-TEXT etc) on most standard BMW display bars and Navigation screens, including E46 radio. Direct connection of Alpine MP3 CD changer and Apple iPod via optional Alpine KCA-420i unit. Fast music search feature for iPod and MP3 CD changer. Sub-folder navigation on MP3 disks. Quick response time to button presses! Firmware upgradable via a standard PC either by dealer or end user allowing new vehicle types and software features to be added to existing units after they are sold. Very low standby power consumption (typically less than 1mA) so unlike some other adapters will not cause any flat batteries or cold starting problems. Dimensions 95 x 65 x 30 mm. (3.75 x 2.5 x 1.0 inches approx)" |
