$7500 Rebate Z4M Coupe/Roadster
Or dealer incentive money or whatever....thought it was worth mentioning on this forum. This is from Forbes Autos as posted on Yahoo Autos...
Overstuffed inventories and slow-selling models are making for some of the best deals ever on luxury cars. But bargain hunters should be prepared to haggle: Some discounts on 2007 model-year closeouts aren’t guaranteed. Our list of the top 10 deepest discounts on luxury vehicles runs from a possible $8,635 off of a Saab 9-7X to upwards of $18,000 off a Cadillac XLR. Gas guzzling SUVs and high-powered performance cars fill the list and reflect consumers’ increasing concern over fuel economy, among other things. The highest individual kickbacks on remaining 2007 models are on two-seat convertibles. Sales of most vehicles in that segment have plummeted by double-digit percentages this year, leaving unsold models collecting dust on dealers’ lots, according to CNW Marketing Research in Bandon, Ore. The Cadillac XLR roadster boasts the top consumer cash rebate at $7,500, while the most lucrative direct-to-dealer incentives for 2007 models are on the BMW M Coupe and Roadster and the Z4 Coupe, also at $7,500.

Actually, dealerships were offering up to $10k off of the Z4M. There are a few threads about it, but thanks for bringing this to our attention anyways.

There are many dealers trying to get rid of a few leftover 07's depending on where you live you may or may not be able to get 10,000 off.
I've received offers everywhere from 9000-14000 off MSRP - I'm just waiting to find one with the options I want. Everyone I've seen is loaded which I don't really care for.

Edmunds also mentions 3.9% financing, but I haven't been able to confirm this with any dealers or on the bmw website. I've seen 4.9% offered on certain dealers' sites but none near here.

i have seen several w/o nav...but most have the extended leather...so $2900 out of a $59K car....so make sure you get 14k off you mentioned to cover the cost of the leather you don't want.... or go order an 08 to your specs...and forget the discount.... |

Here in Houston, I only saw one out of about 15 that actually had the Extended leather, about half had the nav, but all had the premium package.

I would have purchased one, but the one on my dealership lot (..for which I have an established relationship with) didn't have NAV, so I opted not to trade in my 330i which is built to my spec. It was perfect in every other way though (..Interlagos blue, 6MT, etc.).

It is actually under invoice if you figure in the incentive.

Rebates, discounts, pfffttt...
All these new cars are all so horribly overpriced to begin with, it's the least they can do.

M coupe purchase pricing info 11/30/07
I purchased a 07 m coupe yesterday. $57.3k msrp - after discount purchase price was $45.6 k. The advertised discount was $10k, but we were able to get them to go a little lower. The dealership told me that as of 12/1 the car I purchased would be viewed as a used car and BMW would not give the dealerships the same level of financial support that they had previously enjoyed. Example: $7.5k marketing allowance. Don't know, that is just what I was told.
