Mind blowing seat thread
Check out these pictures of BMW Performance Seats. Later in the thread there are a bunch of seats retrimmed in different colors, with napa leather, etc. Amazing.

Beautiful seats! I wish I had a set in my Z. But for $5000 and you lose auto seats, I'll pass.

EAS is a great shop, and pretty reasonable for the most part. Would say that the bulk of this $$$$ is going to BMW itself.

For sure. The seats are $5k. Paying $2.5k-ish for installation, coding, and the comfort of knowing its going to work as soon as you pick it up seems extremely fair. Especially given all of the stores of people fighting with airbag models and lights for months and months after install seats.

these seats are Recaro Sportster CS...no need to go to and get the BMW performance version, Recaro offers all sorts of options with these, including full exposed carbon fiber back, leather, etc...
