Help with wheel selection
I am going to buy some aftermarket wheels. I would like something as close to stock as far as fitment, NO spacers and stuff. Looking for a good wheel that some of you might have tried and like. 2005 z4 17" wheel. Does anyone know what backspacing and offset, and width I need so I can narrow down my search. Thanks for the help!

Not really. They were a bit of a pain to fit. Supposedly they are a snap in place thing, but mine for whatever reason, had to be modified to fit. Maybe someone knows something I don't, but I had to take them apart, remove the outside ring's mounts and then glue the ring back down. Otherwise, it was binding and wouldn't go down flush. And then, I had to put tape on the tabs that hold it to the wheel so they didn't just fall off. I'm thinking I did something wrong, but I did order the part based on what I got from APEXs tech support, so, who knows. In hindsight, I would have just used the APEX inserts and called it good.
