Euro cats and headers installed
I had no idea it was going to make the SS power loops that loud. It is a good thing that I didn't buy SS race exhaust
Thanks to Ron for making it happen. |

That's great to hear! I've got powerloops and have been lamenting the lack of volume but knew I should go conservative given my plan for euro headers can't wait to get my dkf section 1 so I can enjoy the same sounds!!!

If you are pretty satisfied with the lack of drone with the power loops, the euro headers and dkf will make it perfect.

not sure why people go with the Euro section 1, other than easy of install, since they're more restrictive than the USA section 1. Longer cats.

That's a good question. Maybe you should do a right up showing dyno numbers and passing smog. Most don't want to reinvent the wheel. It's a great question.

I don't have a euro section 1 to compare to on a dyno, and I don't pass smog with my supercharger kit anyway. I just know we have pictures of euro vs usa section ones, showing the cat inside the euro one being a few inches longer inside. Euro headers are 2 steps forward, but euro section one is one step back.

I installed a euro section 1 mainly for ease of install! I got fancy on my e46m3 section 1 so this time around I just wanted a simple plug and play! I also didn't want to be sweating during the emissions testing so it was a no-brainer for me. The install was quick and smog was easy.

I wish I could make it on Saturday. With 2 kids and one being 4 months old, that won't be happening until she's off the boob and the misses can come.
My drives are last only 2 hours during nap time. Would definitely like to meet up. I just need more notice to plant the seed with the fam. |

It really is. I've been waiting for this type of sound, and I'm sure it sounds even BETTER in person. Awesome job!

Every time I start to think about how I wish my Powerloops were a bit louder, I think about my upcoming header install and listen to these clips again! I can't wait!!!
