Removal of OEM oil separator
I intend to install an oil can on my M and wondered if in conjunction with that anyone removed all the other junk in between.
When the car becomes FI - in my case the oil goes back into the intake BEFORE the supercharger - just what I need all over my vanes - oil and water

btw.... the blow by makes a complete mess, i was lucky enough to get a new blower under warranty, at that point i upgrade to 500 spec and decided on an oil catch can... ive never looked back, the amount of crap it catches is good, seems to be a mix of oil and condensation, and stinks.... my car only has 11k miles.... im guessing this get worse with age.

thanks ian..... note... i used one of the ribs from the s/c compressor housing and bored out the holes to make a support for the bracket :-) lol!!! i used kevlar reinforced braided hose and went with the draft designs ultimate cat can which was simply the best i could find and the design details were just insane.... expensive but well worth it!!! it even has its own billet single piece dip stick on the top ;-) really appreciate the comments, ive really gone to town to make sure all the details are right, not to mention change 60% of the ess supplied parts for either custom made parts or to a part that is motorsport quality. i just finished my billet air filter holder, lol.... will post some new pics as the car is undergoing some further mods at the mo.

OP looking at my engine pices again, it looks like the euro cars have a different vaccum rail :-( i guess this is still a simple blank off if you want to remove all those parts ontop of the cam cover, wonder what it is on the US cars that requires this extra pipe on the oil breather pipe, emissions??
