there's a video somewhere of kids using an electric leaf blower on either a chevy s-10 or a honda civic I don't remember which
but they were pulling dyno runs and adding HP by using a leaf blower in the intake, so in theory this sort of works, but I doubt that ebay item has the power that a leafblower has, plus to be functional, the power for the blower has to be created by the alternator, which creates drag on the engine, negating any gain made by the blower |

kinda like the old GTO Ram Air intake. Works in theory. I saw one that was claiming 20 hp but i'd have to see it to really believe it. In high school, my buddy used to remove the top from his air cleaner housing on his cutlass because he was sure he made more horse power that way.

A real supercharger needs 10-20kw to boost enough air. how much has such a small electromotor.... 0,1-0,2kw?
