Z4M Flat Tire Compressor
Rather than replace my BMW canister of sealant (4 yrs old), I opted to put a flat tire plug kit from Griot's Garage in my trunk. Thinking more about this, I've been assuming that you can inflate a tire using the BMW compressor without having the sealant canister in-line.
I haven't had the time yet to pull it from the trunk. Can anyone confirm whether or not I can just use the compressor directly on the schrader valve on the tire? Thx. |

I'm pretty sure it says in the manual that you need to use the compressor without the goo after you put the goo in.

I did the exact same thing. I am not going to replace the goo canister ....... got a good plug kit and will hopefully not have to use it, but good to know the compressor will work alone. John |

I have a plug kit in addition to a traditional can of Puncture Seal.
