For iPhone apps, I use both Rev (screenshot above with the headers) and DashCommand. Both work, but I feel like Rev has gone stale with development, while DashCommand continues to get improvements.

In order to use one of those apps to read the codes you need an ELM to WiFi device. I'm currently using a PLX Kiwi. It's a bit flakey for my taste, but it works.

I know DashCommand will work with the GoPoint BT1, and this is probably your best option.

The way I have the P3Cars gauge installed, I just unplug it temporarily and then plug in the PLX to read the codes with Rev. When I'm done I just plug the P3Cars back in (I leave it plugged in 100% of time).

Oh btw, if your car is throwing codes then the P3Cars gauge will read them and display them when you start the car. After briefly showing you the codes the gauge will go back into normal operating mode.
