That is a sweet picture! With the hose and water on the ground that way it looks like he just decided to hell with the house, I am washing my car, or he was soaking it to try and keep it from combusting.

I dont think he was washing his car, I think they were using the hose to fight the flames. But the hose going over the car rather then easily to the right side makes it fishy to me. Also the lack of plate

I don't know if the image is constructed or not but I found it on the OC register website as part of there fire coverage. Check the domain it comes from im sure one of orange county largest newspaper would be a reliable source.
