Just installed Advan TC IIIs on my MC

I finally got my tires mounted on my Advan TC IIIs. No rubbing issues but used 10mm ECS spacers just to kick out the rears to make them flush with the wheel well. The specs are:
18x8.5 +30 w/Dunlop Direzza 235/40
18x9.5 +30 w/Dunlop Direzza 275/35
Also used studs with neochrome lugs to complete the look & function. Enjoy.

looks good. you should get some 3/4 view angles to show the depth of the wheels

Does this help? As you can see there is not much of a lip on the rear and is about the same as the front.

Did you feel a weight difference while driving?

Big time, like going from runflats to regular radials--that kind of initial feeling.

Nice-looking wheels. Those offsets are pretty similar to mine (a tiny bit more aggressive in the front, less to a similar degree in the back). I notice you're running 235's up front -- any particular reason? I have 245/40R18 up front which end up being closer to the overall diameter of the 275/35 rear, also using tires with fairly aggressive sidewalls (Nitto NT-05) with no rubbing, although I have about -2 camber up front from installing shims on the strut.

Wasn't sure on if it was going to rub or not and also considering I might lower it in the near future. But also considering on trading my Z4MC and might sell the rims. I purchased the rims way long before thinking about another car but since I paid the price, I might as well see how they look. You should have seen when I had 265s on the rear, just nasty, but 275s looked just right.

I don't know know what it is but maybe I have just got used to the new look.

After you go to 19's, 18's look really small

When I first got my Z4-M I thought 18's where huge.

18's do look small once you get used to 19's. however you can make up for the size by going lower and running a more aggressive offset. i went from stock 18's to 20's to 19's to another set of 19's and then back to 18's. =P

you can also look at it this way, 18's look big compared to 17's
