Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

I'm located in Allen/Parker area. Hopefully an owner soon. Did some test driving last weekend. Loved it. Looking at a Z4 M Coupe. I currently have an 02 325i that I wrench on. I do all my work myself but I'll have a warranty if I get this one I'm looking at. That might be nice.

Just seeing if there are any locals.

Yes, there are. You might also look into www.dfwautoclub.com which is a local forum for enthusiasts (most with very nice cars...AMG Blacks, Ferraris, etc) with bi-monthly get togethers in your area. There was a member with an ///M coupe but he recently sold it.
