Looking for a Z4 3.0 Coupe. Silver, Manual. sub-80k miles.

Long shot I know but let me know if anyone wants to make my year

Thanks for taking the time to send. I spoke to the dealer on that one two weeks ago. I feel they want too much for it with the interior specification and it's condition. I made an offer but they declined.

You're probably going to be looking for a while.

3.0si coupes with manual don't crop up very often. I got REAL lucky finding mine 5-years ago. You may need to be somewhat flexible on color (silver was actually my #3 or #4 choice but I was having a hard time finding ANY relatively low mileage cars available when I was looking).

Don't get too hung up on the exterior colour, you could always wrap it.

Manual 3.0si coupes are rarer than Z4M coupes. 1815 built for North America. You might want to take what you can get, and modify from there to suit your wishes. I added M Sport seats to mine for example.

I think that 1815 number is total M coupes in North America (not the 3.0si coupes).

Numbers I've seen elsewhere:
828 Z4 3.0si coupes (manual)
1276 Z4 3.0si coupes (automatic)

Total for North America - 2104 3.0si coupes

It's interesting that even though the mix was roughly 40:60 (manuals to automatics) that there's 10x as many automatics for sale at any given time compared to manuals. It seems like people who have the manual 3.0si coupes are much less likely to put them up for sale.

It appears the TrueCar link sent to you has a date of mid-Nov 2020....perhaps the seller is more motivated present-tense....

You are correct! I was going from memory, which was obviously not a good call.

I had to look up those numbers. If I relied on my memory, I probably would have missed it by at least 1 order of magnitude.........
