I've got the materials at the shop, having a buddy measure the EGT length of his oem header then I'll machine a few up, hopefully on Friday.

OK, awesome! I have decided to get my replacement euro headers installed myself this weekend, since they will arrive Friday, and wait on the sensor relocation until the EGT bung is available. It would be great to be able to do the relocation by late next week, though.

I got back a little bit late from our test session in Georgia, did take the time to gather up a few of the bolts, and found an OEM header so that I could measure the thread and post length to make the perfect, will whip a few up on Tuesday now (I think I have enough for 9 total). Probably $35+shipping if that's fair and I can probably get them out USPS priority for $40 shipped?

Guys, quick update. Was a bit overloaded from the holiday weekend and didn't get a chance to cut them today, also managed to sprain my ankle enjoying the holiday off a bit too much and have to crutch around the shop so a little slower than normal. I was able to get all the parts back by the lathe and have everything setup to hopefully batch complete them all tomorrow and will try to ship tomorrow or Thursday (that should get them to everyone by next weekend). Right now I have enough materials to do a quick batch of 9, and 4 of those are spoken for. I can likely make them in the future but prefer small batches as it's much quicker to setup and machine that way, so if you need one or will need one PM me and I'll shoot over my info.

Everyone should have received theirs by now. I've got 2 left out of this patch, if anyone needs one of sees themselves needing them in the future now is the time to buy, after this I'll still be able to make them but in smaller batches.

So my sensor relocation is being done right now...I suspected this when I test-fitted the sensor to the bung, but the tech here also confirms--it seems like the bungs are a little bit too long. Particularly because they will be sensing exhaust before the cats (which actually increase the temperature), further from the engine than in the USDM setup, not having it in the full stream could potentially cause an EGT plausibility code. This is nothing more than speculation, but we are cutting the bung shorter before welding it on.
