I measured them off a US sensor, but also left 3-4MM extra to allow for them to properly indexed into the cats. Typical procedure to mount this would be to either tack onto the existing Cat, or to drill a hole, index it through the metal, and then weld a bead around the entire bung. If someone has a Euro cat and can get measurements off that I'd be more than happy to make a comparison.
