255/35/18 tires can be run on this size wheel, but a spacer may be needed.

We just shipped 12 sets today for two race teams. We're already starting to get low on inventory for certain colors. Get them while they're still in stock

we still have a few 18x10" hyper black wheels in stock, but they are not listed online. There's still enough to complete a staggered set with either 8.5,9, or 9.5" front wheels

How's fitment for the non-M? Is there any reason I wouldn't want to use this as a street/summer wheel?

You can't run the 18x10" wheels on the non-m, and even the 18x9.5" et35 is aggressive. Your best option is a square setup of 18x8.5" wheels. Those would fit cleanly.

It's the first pull from the tooling in the new size and is untested, so it's not usable for any use other then photos due to it's lack of certification.

I could have said sample, but it's the word the engineers have been throwing around.

ttt... how impossible would it be to fit the 18x10s in the front if you are running coilovers?

18x10 would be impossible basically, BUT you can get away with the 18x9.5" et35 up front, and honestly, that wheel can handle all the rubber you really need.

That could be either a square setup, or you could still stagger it with the 10" rears. Run something like a 265 front and 275 rear.

You must have camber plates to do this. Coilovers by themselves provide no additional clearance.

I am considering it, but it will have to wait until next year. I'll be needing advice since I don't want to spend too much.

I should get a commission for the number of times I have seen my car being used to hawk these wheels

Seriously though, I used them for 8 DE events last year and they performed flawlessly. My only comment is that the APEX wheel centers melted at the track! I bought some OEM BMW caps and they can take the heat.

Will the prototype 10.5" fit my Z4M? Im thinking yes. Will wait for the next group buy. Destroyed my last set in a substantial accident. Tough wheels. The right rear took on a tree and almost won! RIP baby

You have a rare fitment, and people need to see it, because honestly that's how the Z4M should be setup for track duty

about 5 other people who heavily track their car (almost always have a bbk) mentioned that their caps popped out from heat. We weren't offered a different plastic compound at the time, but have recently changed the plastic material to a higher heat resistant material. They've been placed onto the new wheels being produced, but I don't have a box of spares yet. I will ship you new ones as soon as I get extras in hand.

The 10.5's would be aggressive for the Z4. By that I mean if you actually took advantage of their width with a wide tire, you would have a fitment issue. The 10's are the best wide fitment fitment for the Z4 M.

Group Buy info will be in a new post, and up in about 10 minutes
