Offroad?!
Call me insane... but im wondering how the X3 would do offroad. I know clearance is a definite factor but how would it do with some good all terrains? This is purely hypothetical.... maybe.
I know its not the greatest idea... but it sounds like fun to me lol. So if you've done it share some experiences.... Thanks guys. |

needs different tires. the stockers are defintely road-oriented. there's not enough bite on there to handle more than the occassional grass or water. going through sand/deep water/mud will easily get this truck stuck.

You can not take this car off road. It does not have low gear.

Well ive owned an x3 for the past 3 months...
i took it off road... in the mud.... deep red georgia mud. it did struggle a bit but i didnt get stuck or anything. It seemed to handle itself pretty well for being a BMW and all. The only problem is ground clearance... but i guess that doesnt really matter in mud so much. Anyway... you can take it offroad... it does what you need it to although i wouldnt make a habit out of it. |
