Electric Aux Heater Fault

Hello, I am getting error 43f1 and 43f2

Respectively both Electric Aux Heater errors
43f1 Short circuit to B-
43f2 Activation interrupted

I cannot find any information on what this Electric Aux heater is, where it is located, how to test it or how to repair it.

Does anyone know anything about this?

it is inside of the heater , under dashboard
but wiring from it is accesible if you remove driver side footwell cover, above
there is thick red wire coming to it
and also thick brown wire which is attached to car body on the tunnel
and few this wires which provide control of the heater
