What's in the $400 M50 Shadowline Option?

All I can tell is that it is darker shades of grey over what is already shadowline grey. So is it just a matter of if you like light grey vs dark grey?

Gloss black:
- front bumper brake ducts
- side mirror caps
- headlight trim
- grill trim

I think in the UK it must be different because the headlight trim is separate.
