Login problems in the app (IOS)

I recently downloaded the app and it looks great so far. But every time I try to login I get logged out in a matter of 10 seconds.

I would love to get some help with this problem. Has anyone else had the same problem and if so how did you solve it?

May I ask what version of the app you are using? Is it on a relatively new iPhone?

Thanks for the fast reply. I am using the version 6.9.6 on an iphone 16. But the weird thing is that I just got notified by your reply on my iphone but I am still not visibly loged in and I can't reply either.

Yes that’s very strange, that means you did successfully log in but for some reason you cannot keep a stable connection. Let me look into this more and get back to you
