z4M with RPI Southeast Michigan
Is there anyone local with a Z4M with RPI Cans? I would like to hear what they sound like on the car. Seriously considering buying a set, but I would like to know what I am getting into first. Thanks!

I have inspection 2 coming up and my car is still under the extended service agreement. What is a good dealership to go to? Any advice would be appreciated!

I don't know about the Canton/Livonia area. Sorry. Up here in Davison I go to Grand Blanc Motorcars. Aaron is my mechanic. He has had M3's in the past, did my Inspection I. He does good work. But, Grand Blanc is not in your neck of the woods. Erhard BMW is a popular dealership and is down in your area. That might be a starting point to ask around...

I saw a nice maroon coupe in Rochester yesterday. I hadn't noticed a Z4 in that color before.
Still looking for someone with RPI, I might buy them anyway...but would love to know what they sound like first. The videos don't do it for me. |

They're loud… like, I considered using ear-plugs when the windows were rolled up loud. But the shape of the coupe's rear glass amplifies the exhaust sound.
I had them on my M coupe for about a month. I will say, the burble on downshifts was intoxicating.

These are extremely loud! I was standing behind a car on Dyno and it was glorious but I don't think I could drive with them on my own car
Make sure you check them out in person before pull the trigger. |

I couldn't find anyone with them, and I bought them anyway. I think they are the best looking cans out there! They are so loud! I call my car the dune buggy now. I agree the burble on the downshift is my favorite. I am going to try the silencers. I am crossing my fingers, it makes them livable.
