1st post from Titletown

Need advice about buying a used BMW Z4. Plan on getting one in May of 2019, thinking of 2005, 2006 or 2007 with under 100k mileage. What should I be looking for in terms of price, problems with those year Z4's, or any info that would help make a decision. Will be 71 by May and want a little "kick" in life and the Z4 looks so great......any info out there??

There’s a lot to look for in lue of problems, not that the car is problematic just that it’s a car lol. A general search on problems should give you a lot of ideas from what others might’ve encountered. 05 you’re prefacelift 06 starts facelift so different engines and some subtle trim changes. And May is a good month I picked up my 03 in May 2011. For pricing keep an eye on sites like car gurus and cars.com as I’m sure next year it’ll be bit less then what it is now
