6 Series Gran coupe door seal replacement

Hey all, i need some help replacing the rear right b pillar seal on my doors. The current strip is all crumbly so i think i can just pull it off? i've ordered the part (code is 51767275324) and i'm wondering if i need to glue it on (and if so what type of glue) or wheter it can just be stuck straight on.
cheers

It peels right out but IME....it's not as easily as it looks getting the new one on perfect. It's just held to the body by tension of the metal channel of the weatherstrip. It's one single piece prefitted and either you end up -short- or you end up -too long- when you fit it back on....

Hard to explain until you've done one...
