What do you think about the Jet Funnel? Debated doing it for my new USP9T or 90s USP40, but then you need to only use JF mags. Skeptical if it makes that much of a difference.

I like magwells so the jet funnel works for me. I actually like it over the more obnoxious magwells out there. Still conceals easily for me.

Broke my new Stealth Arms Platypus in on Sunday. Bullet goes where I point it & I enjoyed shooting it. So much so that I put my VP9T up for sale.
It also ran great with my Obsidian 9 can installed.
I have a Holosun 407 green dot sight to put on it, but I don't think I will. I like it as is vs removing rear sight for red dot + tiny rear sight supplied.
I'll sell the dot or put it on a future pistol

Also, love the color combo I picked. Cerakote Burnt Bronze w/Copper accents

Finished my 6mm ARC build and got a load worked up for it this weekend for coyote duty this fall.

5.8 pounds naked, right at 7 pounds with scope mounted and no mag.

Fine, I guess i'll play along since i'm super happy with how this is turning out. Just assembled my 6.5 Grendel upper, waiting for a forward assist, charge handle and my optics before I can call it "done".



V Seven receiver, Faxon barrel, V Seven superlight magnesium hand guard w/ Ti screws and Ti muzzle brake. Lots of fun little bits on this one. Quite pleased with the V Seven stuff and the details, like the scalloped picatinny rail, etc.

I'm just going to run a Holosun HS510C paired with one of their 3x magnifier on this.

SGAmmo just got in Hornady 6.5 Grendel Black for $260 for 200. I need to shoot my grendel, think I have 600+ rounds.

My next and possibly final build is going to be an 8.6 BLK AR10 build, need to decide if its gonna be 12 or 16" barrel.

Picked up my S&W M&P Shield Plus PC today. It will either become my new EDC (After I swap the FO sights for night sights) or I will sell it & continue with my Hellcat Pro as my EDC

We're liking our Platypus as well (Mass Effect colors). I have an Staccato XC coming Monday that I'm just gonna sell and order a P to compare more with the Platypus.

I have 4 Shield+ (S+, S+ PC 3.1", S+ PC 4.0", S+ OR) and can't get myself to sell one, just stash them everywhere, have prolly over 20 mags. Still unsure if there is an aftermarket threaded barrel and if there is if its any good, that would make selling the original less likely. I try not to buy anything S&W that isn't PC, gotta pickup my 10mm PC that arrived this week.

My wife had a Shield EZ & didn't like it so sold it. I did shoot it, but just a little. I didn't do too bad with it so we'll see how the Hellcat vs Shield goes on Sunday. I already love the trigger on this Shield PC, though.

took the Hellcat Pro & new M&P Shield Plus Performance center to the range today. Ran brass 115gr and 124gr through the Shield as well as the HP I run for EDC to ensure it would eat it. No issues at all. Just user error the first couple mags with me not paying attention and riding the slide stop causing it to not lock back on empty & my finger too high on the trigger causing it to not actually be pulled properly lol.

I will say the Shield definitely shoots a lot flatter than the Hellcat. Hellcat is much snappier. Wish the Shield had night sights from the factory, but I can always do that if I decide to. I shot the Shield more accurately and consistently. It will now be my new EDC once holster & mags come in. The Hellcat Pro will be going up for sale.

This arrived today. Sadly I don’t want it. Lol. Need a 2011 with a threaded barrel. Gotta stop ordering stuff unless I am sure I want or need it.

New pickup - looking forward to shooting this one. Since I can't leave anything alone, I tossed on an ergogrip, VG6 Precision GAMMA muzzle brake and have a few lower parts coming in this weekend. I'll change out the basic milspec stuff for an extended bolt catch, ambi + extended mag release and ambi safety selector. Using this red dot on here for now, but between all the builds I have a lot of options of what optics to run.





Also grabbed an Aero LAHAR-30 while they were on sale. Pew science tested them out and they performed pretty well, especially for the price point. We'll see how long it takes to actually get the thing.

I think i'll end up running it on the JAKL, since it's already setup with the adjustable gas block, etc.
