I believe a scammer would take your money and not give you an item you paid for, but I never took your money, Zman85 with 1 official forum post.. Because I declined your lower offer, I told you my final firm price I would sell the hood for and we couldn’t come to an agreed price to make a deal.. thanks for the bump though

I think the seller can choose who he wants to do business with. If he isn't feeling the buyer (which sounds like this is the case), he isn't obligated to sell it to you nor respond to you.
Have you ever sold something that somebody kept pestering you low ball offers? Sometimes, you just don't want to deal with it unfortunately. Sorry man, just sounds like a classic "i don't want to deal with you" situation. Quote:
