Titanium Z4MC Stoptech Color? Oem Wheels
Hello
I'm placing my order for Stop Teck Brakes. My car is Z4MC in Titanium with Imola Red seats. Im thinking Red or Black. What colour would you guys order for the brakes. My wheels are still OEM Silver. I'll either paint them out Gun Metal or leave them for now till I replace them. Thank You I'm sure this has been discussed at some point. My Apologies for that. I was going to say yellow hands down until I read you have red seats. I'd have to go with red calipers in that case. They'll look great regardless! I had red Stoptech kits F&R on my prior Z4M, and they looked great. Gunmetal would look awesome for the wheels as well, nice choice!

I like red as well with your interior.
Black would be OK but a little understated IMO.

Definitely think red would look the best with your setup. Nice colour combo too btw.
I see your in the GTA any chance you picked it up from Humberview motorsports? I bought mine there then not even a week later they had one in your colour with the carbon leather dash...." |

Also, just so you are aware, you will need a minimum of 12.5mm spacer in the front to clear the brakes on oem wheels. You will also need very slim wheel weights since the caliper sits extremely close to the Barrell as well. You may want to add 10mm spacer to the rear as well to match the front but there should be enough room to clear the caliper in the back though

different brand but.... RED rocks imo! everyone comments on them...
18" fitment works but very close to the barrel... wheel weights had to be moved back slightly..

Thanks for your replies.
The brakes in Red are ordered. RMP in Etobicoke On is installing them. I also ordered KW Club Sport with Camber Plates. Rocco's aware of the spacer issue. I'll most likely find wheels in the next few months. Your car in Ottawa is the nicest Coupe I've seen. It's Fantastic. Thanks. |
