That's why I'm going to do this once and go with coilovers. Now which ones? That's another question I have yet to answer!

Curious for those with H&R springs. I personally think the H&R drop is fine, and don't need the adjustability. Some Koni SA for Bilstein B8s would be perfect, but of course not available.

I notice here that B8 Sports are available for the FRONT only. Would it be weird to match B8 fronts with B6 HD rears? Hm, I'd think so but why would they only make B8 for the front?

The B8's look like they are for for Non-M's.

BTW - The H&R coil over set up uses Bilstein's valved to match the springs.

I think you're right.
How do Bilstein HDs compare to stock M shocks? Anybody have experience? Limited results with search.

Also - is a RSM/Plate recommended or possible when just changing springs (or shocks)? Only see it being added with coilovers.

When installing these springs, did you guys get new shocks aswell or did you leave the stock shocks in? I am curious as the ride height change would effect the stock shock performance?

I installed mine with Koni Yellows. After all the work you go through to do the springs, if you don't do the dampers as well, you'll wish you had. Dampers + springs make the ride a night and day experience.
