Brake Shim Kits

Quick Question.

Where can I find shim kits for our brakes?

I was thinking of trying to shim the HP+ Pads I have that make a lot of noise, as you can hear....

Correct me if I am wrong, but shimming could help. Yes? I know it is the nature of the pad, but these seem to scream a little louder than others

It sounds like a pad that doesn't have enough heat for the material. I have never heard of shimming.
