No, if the Eventuri is build in or not does not make a notable change to the inside. so there will be no difference that can be heard in a video.

The eventuri Sound change inside is minimal Thats what lead to the development of the Soundgenerator in the First place.
Outside is it great but for the driver the Soundgenerator will lead to much more Sound.
So much more that the Eventuri will make no difference inside the Car.
