PPF before or after carbon grills, vents and lip?

Help... I'm getting conflicting opinions from my shop and my PPF guy. I can see both sides...

Thoughts, experience?

M-perf lip...

If you're installing parts soon, I'd recommend PPF afterwards to save on downtime and costs. If you're installing parts a year from now, bite the bullet and do the PPF first.

I'm going through this now and installed my carbon lip about 2 years after getting the car wrapped initially. It's roughly $400-$500 additional to do the front lip which separately.

Are they installing the front lip (with double stick tape) OVER the existing PPF on the bumper? That's my concern. What if the front lip is damaged and needs to be removed....wouldn't it ruin the PPF on the bumper?

Now that you mention it, when I installed the lip it was installed to the bumper. They cut the PPF template just enough where it wouldn't interfere with the lip during install. That was pure coincidence though. I also have the MP lip but the M2C.

Would your shop be willing to install the lip? That way they can make their adjustments to the template so it doesn't interfere with the lip.

If you are adding the Lip afterward, any competent shop should be able to cut out the PPF prior to install it.
