Yep, I mixed this up. I sure did. The Chevy cannot be had with power passenger seats on any trim.

Thanks for pointing this out.

Tundra and Sequoia never appealed to me. Huge and guzzlers, and Ford/GM do it better in the pickup and large barge SUV segments.

4Runner is arguably the Best Vehicle Ever Produced for its grocery getter, long haul and off road abilities. Plus long term reliability and reasonable efficiency.

does an X5 count?
i'd like a preLCI X5 - it looks exactly like one
tall and skinny, minus the flatbed

No, I'm talking truck trucks...I'm just not a pickup kinda guy (odd because I work in commercial real estate development where everyone drives a pickup truck).

As far as SUVs, I like the pre-LCI X5 as well. I wouldn't buy one for me to drive, but they do look cool.

It's TFL but with the guy I don't mind listening to.
Shock seats at min 41. Yes, those seats have caught my interest. May be a gimmick but the tech seems to be there.

OMG this is the antithesis of BMW's carbon fibre bucket seats!

IMO they should just design proper suspensions. if they can't design car suspension i don't think they can design seat suspension. gimmick.

34"x30"....per leg.

But hey if that's the dude behind the seats, you can be assured they'll be able to support and adjust to a w i d e range of sizes of people. Far better than "yeah so we built this really cool tech....but it only really works if you're under 5'10" and 165 lbs."

What a gorgeous looking truck. Just the right amount of rugged design, proportionate, no weird over-the-top gimmicky grill stuff going on, and the base engine is fully competent plus a manual option. Toyota going back to its roots. Reminds me of my 1990 22RE (except for the competent engine bit; that sucker was reliable but trying to merge onto freeway traffic was a suicide mission )
