70mm Hood emblem replacement options?

The sticker on my hood emblem has complete deteriorated and is now just a silver circle. Awhile back I ordered a set of carbon fiber emblems for the sides and trunk but I can't seem to find anyone who makes the 70mm carbon emblem. Any old links are so old the sellers don't exist. Looking for any options at this point, to include an oem blue and white one...

I'm in the same situation, mine is starting to flake off but difficult to find.
