S54 Supercharger Kits

Does anyone know the differences in the S54 supercharger kits between the Z4M and E46 M3?

There seems to be a price premium on the Z4M kits, and rarely come up on used classifieds. E46 M3 supercharger kits are commonly available for sale.

I know the intake system and DME is different between the two cars. Anything else I'm missing? Curious if it's worth buying a second-hand supercharger kit from an E46 M3 and making it work on the Z4M.

There's a group buy about to close on the Z4M-specific 475hp SK2S S54 supercharger kit from G-Power/Infinitas...about £4000 (CAD5700 + duties/taxes).
