Driver Seat Rear Bolt Freely Spinning

Wanting to clean the carpet and under the seat. Removed the two front nuts and the rear left bolt. The rear right bolt keeps spinning but not loosening. I tried to wedge in a flathead between the bolt and the seat bracket but no luck. What do I do?

Just guessing but maybe the threaded sleeve broke loose from its welds. You may have to find it and fix it in place somehow in order to remove the bolt.
